I have spent years in fintech, including sales operations at Finastra/Misys and Bitpanda. I know how fintechs sell to partners and merchants, how long enterprise pipelines run, and where onboarding handovers tend to break. I also work with businesses outside fintech when the problem fits.

I'm Shady Zitoun. I studied computer science, worked in sales operations at Finastra/Misys and Bitpanda, and founded BitKnz and Kunuus. I have deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and revenue tools. shady.systems is my independent consulting practice.
